I appreciate the friendliness of the staff from the minute I walk in the door to the minute I leave. I also really appreciate that Leah listens to my concerns and is always willing to get down to the bottom of the problem, even if that includes ruling things out. I feel heard and my concerns addressed which is very important to me.
