The staff here is amazing! Everyone is so nice and I’ve never had an issue getting an appointment when I need one. I’ve been able to get in same day many times.

Love, love , love my provider, Lori Austin-McDonald!!! She is a true professional and listens to me. I can tell she honestly is listening because of the follow up questions she asks. I have multiple medical problems and she is on top of them all. She meets me where I am each visits instead of preaching medical advice. That being said, she still will keep me focused on my medical goals. I have been going to this office for over 20 years! Love the office manager! She has been there longer than me. Had maybe two problems in past years. She stepped in and fixed the issues. True professional! Everytime I come in, she acknowledges me personally!

I was glad to see that Dr. [last name] was no longer with the practice. I intended on finding a new facility to provide my medical needs because of this offensive attitude toward his patiences.
I was pleased to hear from and visit with JP there at Beach Rd facility. JP was a breath of fresh air and a pleasure to work with. He listened and recommended a solution without criticism.
Thank you for solving my problem before I had to leave.

I love Dr. Burnette! Best doctor I’ve ever had. She is so attentive and caring. The staff is wonderful! I’ve never had a bad interaction with the girls on the phone or in person. Everyone is super friendly and always willing to help when I call. Scheduling appointments is always easy and they offer great availability, even for last minute virtual visits.
I highly recommend this office!
