The staff is kind and personable. Dr Martinez-Heath is outstanding. She took time to listen and advise, discussed options and showed out-of-the-box thinking. She was a breath of fresh air, in a usually semi-disinterested field.

I was able to secure an appointment within an hour with a NP. Upon arrival I got admitted to the ER quickly and received immediate medical attention. After reviewing all the test results I was admitted to the hospital. I am so grateful for the prompt response. Everyone was friendly and professional . I feel that everyone at Baptist works as a team. Communication was great. I knew what was happening every step of the way. All of my follow up prescriptions, appointments and next steps were all arranged. Thanks again to EVERYONE.

Comprehensive assessment, met all my needs, professional, very happy with my current medical provider A. Arevalo, did not feel rushed by the provider, convenient to have lab work done the same place and visit, result arrived quickly.

Always answers questions both in the office and online portal. When asking questions on the portal they are answered very quickly. Referrals and authorizations are completed quickly. Very professional both front desk staff, back office and ARNP

Ms.Reene attended me very well and she was smiling and very courteous staff member.
Dr. A Cherukuri is very pleasant and explained everything very well. He is an excellent doctor and all my visits with him have been extremely well.
I will continue with him and I recommend Dr. Cherukuri to anyone.
