The staff has been prompt and helpful in answering my questions. I have been seen quickly when I have a need...example: I notified them that I developed an irregular heart rhythm. They had me come in within an hour, I was seen promptly and referred for further treatment quickly.

The office is very accessible for me, as I drive very little. The staff is friendly and efficient and Dr. Burnette listens and gives me sound advice. I like that I can get my lab work done on site and always get results very quickly. Use of the Baptist Patient Portal allows me to make appointments and ask questions.
