Every person I came in contact with was very kind and professional. I felt put at ease as I went through the process before seeing the practitioner. I agreed to be seen by the student nurse practitioner and found her to be knowledgeable and her bedside manner was excellent. She was easy to talk to as well. After she finished she brought J P Orallo ARNP in to see me. He was also very kind and knowledgeable. Blood work was required and the MA who drew my blood was also very good and pleasant. I have been a patient here for many years and have had several different practitioners and have never been disappointed during any of my visits. The office manager is always working with her staff and is very helpful when needed. She seems to run a tight ship.

My family, including three generations, has been seen by this practice for well over 25 years. Everyone there has always gone above and beyond to take care of us all. My husband and I have moved across town, but still make the drive for all of our health needs, including to see the various specialists recommended to us over the years by this wonderful group. Staff is so friendly and welcoming. Wait time is usually not very long and my care provider allows me to ask all the questions I need and allows time to take care of all my concerns. I never feel like I am being rushed or overlooked.
