Staff is so friendly and welcoming. Wait time is usually not very long and my care provider allows me to ask all the questions I need and allows time to take care of all my concerns. I never feel like I am being rushed or overlooked.

I really like the new interior design and thought the old office needed an uplift. I also like that the lab is downstairs and part of the office. I also like seeing J.P. He has a good bedside manner and seems very knowledgeable in medicine. I had misgivings at first about seeing nurse practitioners instead of doctors but have come around to liking them better because they seem to take more time and really listen

I was glad to see that Dr. [last name] was no longer with the practice. I intended on finding a new facility to provide my medical needs because of this offensive attitude toward his patiences. I was pleased to hear from and visit with JP there at Beach Rd facility. JP was a breath of fresh air and a pleasure to work with. He listened and recommended a solution without criticism. Thank you for solving my problem before I had to leave.
