Everyone is so nice and polite, take their time to make sure you get what you need or ask for, such as the fast time turnover of getting an appointment. The Staff seem to go out of their way to help you. The building /office is clean neat and well set up. If you need blood work done all you do is go upstairs and its done-on sight. The office is so convenient to get too and to get out of the parking lot. Located on one of the Main roads here at Jax, Bch, For me I am approximately 5 mins away, and do I love that. Try the practice out and you too will find a pleasant workplace but you will find Doctors and P.A. ready to help.

I have been a patient at Baptist Primary Care-Beaches for a number of years now and I love it! Absolutely everyone working there is kind, helpful and super friendly! You can count on seeing plenty of smiles when you visit their office. There are several providers to choose from and if you want to change around from time to time it's never a problem. It is Always clear they want what is best for YOU! Then there is the non-medical staff --- what a collection of kind, helpful and smiling faces!!! Asking for their assistance in scheduling, billing, or anything else is never a problem for them. Their attitude makes it absolutely clear that they are there to help YOU!!! I am confident in saying that if you visit Baptist Primary Care-Beaches even only once, you will make this office your permanent choice for your best medical treatment.

Lori McDonald is wonderful. She listens when other doctors just said ok. She ordered an X-ray of my lower back and it showed many problems there. If someone had listened sooner, this pain would not have gotten as bad as it is.

The people are always friendly and professional. Wait times are very reasonable and staff tries to accommodate patients in finding an open slot if one is available. Waiting area is clean and comfortable. Pleasant demeanor of all the staff is a great enticer in making patients feel welcomed and helps tremendously in lowering patient anxiety and stress at a time when you don't feel well to start with.
