Staff came up with an alternative method to conduct my doctor visit via video due to an unusually high patient flow/volume that day. This saved me time and allowed for my doctor to get back with me once the immediate patient load issues on hand were resolved. Great example of working smarter not harder to get the job done! This was the first time I ever did my appointment by video, very satisfied with the results!

From the receptionists to the providers and all in between I always see a kind and smiling face when I have a an appointment at Baptist Primary Care. In fact, all the other patients I encounter are also smiling and at ease. Every provider I have seen over the years has been exceptionally kind, gentle, open and friendly. Just the kind of behavior that puts me at complete ease. I feel comfortable in their presence and able to relax, open up and ask any question(s) for clarification. In addition, I appreciate that the provider takes the time to ensure I fully understand everything we discussed. In addition, I appreciate the sparkling cleanliness at their office. Nothing can be more off-putting than visiting an office that is messy, disorganized and dirty. Exactly what one DOES NOT want to encounter at a medical practice. Good Job Baptist Primary Care!!! And THANK YOU.

I have been going to this office for years and everyone is always so friendly, pleasant and helpful. I have never left that office feeling my needs were not met. Love, love , love my provider, Lori Austin-McDonald!!! She is a true professional and listens to me. I can tell she honestly is listening because of the follow up questions she asks. I have multiple medical problems and she is on top of them all. She meets me where I am each visits instead of preaching medical advice. That being said, she still will keep me focused on my medical goals. I have been going to this office for over 20 years! Love the office manager! She has been there longer than me. Had maybe two problems in past years. She stepped in and fixed the issues. True professional! Everytime I come in, she acknowledges me personally!
