I was able to secure an appointment within an hour with a NP. Upon arrival I got admitted to the ER quickly and received immediate medical attention. After reviewing all the test results I was admitted to the hospital. I am so grateful for the prompt response. Everyone was friendly and professional . I feel that everyone at Baptist works as a team. Communication was great. I knew what was happening every step of the way. All of my follow up prescriptions, appointments and next steps were all arranged. Thanks again to EVERYONE.

We just absolutely adore Lori!!! The time she takes with us truly makes us feel seen and heard. She is always professional and so very warm and compassionate!! She always has the best medical “advice” and makes us feel extremely comfortable opening up to her. These are qualities that you just don’t get anymore with “corporate” entities. We hope she’s stays around for quite a while!!

The staff is very professional and polite. I've been coming to this office for over thirty years and have found most of the staff is still there, that speaks volumes to me. I have always been able to get an appt with-in a day or two if I'm super sick. Anytime I call for anything they can always help. GREAT OFFICE NICE STAFF!

Great friendly staff who always try to accommodate an unexpected appointment. Great medical care from professionals who really care and take time to get to know the patient.
