I have been going to this office for years and everyone is always so friendly, pleasant and helpful. I have never left that office feeling my needs were not met. Lori Austin is the best PA i could ask for, she takes her time if i want to talk she will not rush me or if I just want to get in and out she is fine with that also.

Love, love , love my provider, Lori Austin-McDonald!!! She is a true professional and listens to me. I can tell she honestly is listening because of the follow up questions she asks. I have multiple medical problems and she is on top of them all. She meets me where I am each visits instead of preaching medical advice. That being said, she still will keep me focused on my medical goals. I have been going to this office for over 20 years! Love the office manager! She has been there longer than me. Had maybe two problems in past years. She stepped in and fixed the issues. True professional! Everytime I come in, she acknowledges me personally!

I've been going to the Baptist Beaches office for several years now. PA-C Lori and her staff are very attentive to you personally. They don't pressure you but allow you your preference and choices. Shes thorough and responds to phone and chart messages quickly. Boundaries are always respected. The appointment staff is so helpful and make setting up tests and appointments very simple. Your chart is always in your hand with the online system so you can see test results, many times immediately when complete.
