I had such a fantastic experience last week. When I called, I was able to be scheduled for an appointment within a few hours. Additionally, my new insurance (which proves tricky to many since we're self-insured), was no match for your team. By the time I arrived, all had been sorted out without any fuss. I was seen within just a few minutes of my appointment time, which was great. Antonette did a fantastic job listening and provided me with prescriptions that ultimately gave me relief from my problem. She also encouraged me to schedule an annual check up, which I'm excited to get done so I can check in with how I'm functioning overall. All in all, the experience was easy, worthwhile, and professional, and I'm grateful. Please thank the team!

I started visiting Baptist Care in 1992 with Dr. [full name]. The practice was small and run professionally very well. As the years went by and the practice expanded, it was still maintained and managed with the same attention to patient care. Even though the practice is 5 times larger now, with a newly re-modeled interior, the same theory of customer service is paramount. My very own assigned physician. Antonette is the absolute greatest.

Clean with friendly people both at the front and back. Need to open up the side parking lot off of shelter Ave for better access to parking lot though. Let turn from 9th St is impossible at times.
