I have been very happy with Dr Police and the staff is nice and helpful when you call the office and have some questions about your health.If you need a referral to see a specialist,you get the response in 48 -72 hrs.If you need prescriptions refilled they are so available to pick up at pharmacy before you run out.I have not had a hard time getting in to see her and if I'm sick she does a virtual call so you don't expose other people to what you have.Its a professional busy office and I have no reason to look for another primary Dr even if Fla Blue cannot come to an agreement,so I'll choose another insurance that's takes Baptist Hospital.I worked at Baptist Hospital for 30 yrs and very loyal and dedicated to Baptist Dr's.and Hospital.

Dr Kristie Vu is a wonderful kind caring doctor. She listens to you carefully, responds appropriately, and makes you feel comfortable. If something is serious, she will let you know and make the proper referrals or recommendations. For less severe situations, she gives you options and listens to your suggestions to see if they are feasible. Her warm manner and great sense of humor make doctor's appointments almost enjoyable. I would highly recommend her.

I appreciate the professionalism, the friendliness, the efficiency, acknowledge of the staff and a medical personnel. They are willing to work with you if there is an issue they're willing to help you. They are very, very friendly about it and understand.
As far as recommending someone this practice, I have already recommended several friends who are using this practice for their for their own primary care needs. Although they do not see my doctor, they see one of the others in the practice and are quite satisfied. I would say this is better internal medicine, primary care I've gone and I have been to several in this town and this one is the best by far.
