The staff is kind and personable. Dr Martinez-Heath is outstanding. She took time to listen and advise, discussed options and showed out-of-the-box thinking. She was a breath of fresh air, in a usually semi-disinterested field.

Staff is friendly and efficient. But I love Dr Dickinson. The fact that she takes the time to listen to you and talk out options of care no matter how big or small the problem is.
It is such a rarity these days for doctors to take time to listen. I hope she never loses that compassion.

Baptist Internal Medicine, and especially Dr. Dickinson, is truly an exceptional office. From check-in to check-out, every member of the staff is pleasant, professional, and helpful.
Dr. Dickinson is unlike any physician I have seen before. She takes the time to truly listen to her patients, makes sure their concerns are heard, and clearly explains treatment options and recommendations. She never makes you feel rushed and takes the time to answer all questions thoroughly. Her compassionate and attentive approach to patient care is truly appreciated.
I am very grateful to have Dr. Dickinson as my physician and highly recommend her and her wonderful staff.

Can I say I love my doctor? I'm so fortunate that Dr. Dickinson is my primary care physician. She's knowledgeable, detail oriented, thorough, responsive, friendly, caring, a good listener, a fine diagnostician, and willing to discuss treatment options. Encouraging patient input and participation in their health care, she suggests/recommends (sometimes strongly), but never insists. I trust her. Her nurse and the office staff are also great--friendly, welcoming, competent, efficient. This office is very responsive to questions and concerns posed via the patient portal. The waiting room is spacious and clean. Good atmosphere.

Very nice and attentive personal. My latest visit was for sonogram in my stomach area. The lady who performed it was very professional and very courteous.
