They get me in quickly, the nurse practioners are kind and I feel as if I can be honest and open with Dr. Dickinson without judgment. As someone who historically hates the doctors, I feel comfortable and more likely and willing to do medical things that I would be off (updated vaccines, well woman exam, etc.).

The responsiveness of my doctor, Dr. Police, and her staff is very much appreciated. I was recently on a cruise and had accidentally scraped my leg on coral while snorkeling and I was able to use the My Baptist portal to communicate and schedule an appointment as soon as I returned. Their responsiveness helped me navigate the situation and relieved a lot of my anxiety. I really appreciate their support.

Returning from a four week trip out-of-country with a respiratory issue, I was grateful to be seen on very short notice. My Primary Care Physician (Dr. [last name]) was not available so I met with Dr. Martinez-Heath. I had a productive conversation and visit. I have received my prescriptions and am continuing to improve.
This was my first time to use a PRN Physician and I was very impressed. I appreciate the flexibility this service provides and will not hesitate to use again when needed.

I've never met a more caring doctor then Dr Vu. She always makes you feel.the spotlight is on you. She has a caring spirit and listens to your needs and answers all your questions thoroughly. She is called to help people and it radiates. She follows up to get the job done fast. We are blessed to have her in our lives.
