Dr Dickinson and Shannon are “ the best of the best”. Dr Dickinson is a true professional, caring provider and a pleasure to deal with. She is very detailed and shares all info that is important. I enjoy my visits and look forward to always seeing her.
Shannon - she truly cares and is very competent and caring. I sincerely appreciate how efficient and prompt she is as she always responds so pleasant, always asking how I’m doing. Her bedside and patient approach is one to be admired. Thank you for your friendship and approach to my needs.

Everything and everyone at Baptist during my visit with my PCM Erika Dickinson, MD. She is very thorough with her treatment and made me feel very at ease to discuss results and wellness plan.
The front desk Staff are remarkably friendly and helpful and as always, customer service is second to none.

My doctor takes the time to listen and understand before taking action. He knows my feelings about long term medications and works with me to find the best solution for my needs, which may or may not be a pill. If I ever lost my insurance I would pay full price to see Dr. Gopal for the rest of my life.
