Everything. When I walked I was greeted with a smile and was asked, "how are you today?" I was handed an iPad to fill out a quick health survey and very shortly was brought in. The person checking me in was very polite always kept a smile, went through my vitals, prescriptions, etc. Dr. Police the great Doctor I've ever met, shortly came in check me out we had a wonderful chat regarding my health and set a goal and a plan. Dr. Police has kept me healthy since I've been coming to her and that has been over 15 years. I'm very healthy, and very happy.

The personnel, from the front desk to the nurses, PA's, Nurse Practicioners to the doctors are all very professional, they listen, they are thoughtful and they take their time with the patient. I've never felt rushed and my questions are always answered. I have been impressed with the care I've received and with the follow up when it is required.

DR Arcenas is the best. The staff is good but they are constantly changing. It is nice to see a familiar face when you come for an appointment.

Everyone is very kind and patient; the intake receptionist, the medical assistant/nurse, and the check out secretary. Dr Police is understanding and helps to find answers with evidence based information to make me feel better and find solutions to my health issues. The office is immaculate.

Dr Rajesh Gopal has the most caring and component staff in all of North Florida. If you’re sick enough to need a doctor they’ll always fit you in. Whether you need a referral or a prescription by the time you put the phone down its been sent. Dr Gopal is never too busy to listen to everything on your mind. He always knows what drugs you are taking and what your medical problems are. His PA Justin is so caring. They are like one big family!

Doctor Gopal is great at taking his time to listen to your medical concerns and explains his recommendations thoroughly. His MA is friendly and helpful and the front desk staff are organized and efficient. I have been a patient here for years and never have had any issues.
