From the front desk staff to the PAs, everyone is helpful and friendly. Dr. Vu, our primary care doctor, is wonderful. She listens to our issues, offers solution and alternatives to prescription medications.

Dr. Gopal is a one of a kind! Not only is he a great physician but a caring and compassionate person. He listens and looks at the whole person. The staff is terrific and very quick to respond to your needs.
We have referred every one of our friends to their office. In fact, if I talk about what a fabulous doctor treats my sister and I nine times out of ten they respond, “ it must be Dr. Gopal!”
Justin is super and has great patience. Everyone one of the women are too good to be true.
Believe it or not, one of the reasons I stayed in Jacksonville is because I know I would never find another Dr. Gopal, That is the truth,

My experiences as a patient of Dr Vu have been outstanding. Over the years I’ve had lots of medical challenges in several states even dealing with medical institutions in major cities. Dr Vu is the best doctor I’ve ever had! I feel like a person who she genuinely cares about beyond the normal 10 minute/patient ‘business’ protocol. She is compassionate, understanding, personable and quite knowledgable. I could go on and on. If Baptist had awards for best doctors, she would be my nomination. There need to be more good, professional people like her!!
