Clean reception and office. Operations seem organized and efficient. Staff is professional, very pleasant, and helpful to assist. Nursing Staff very good Physician (that I see) is on top of my health - very pleased to have her as my primary provider.

Dr. Vu is an amazing physician who truly cares and takes a patient-centered approach. My entire family is under her care and we are forever grateful to have found her. She is incredibly knowledgeable and has a heart of gold. In fact when a couple of months back there was a chance that our health insurance was not going to be accepted by Baptist we were all ready to change health insurance rather than changing our PCP. We hope that we have Dr. Vu for many years more. We are also grateful for the staff that works in the front desk as well as her nurses and PA who are always friendly and willing and able to go above and beyond to ensure that every patient receives excellent care.

From front office to Dr. Vu, I wouldn’t trade my experiences for anything. Sometimes you have to wait a little but patience comes back to you when she is with you. There is no feeling of being just another patient. Love this practice.

Dr. Vu is by far the best PCP I’ve found in Florida. She is thorough, takes the time to explain everything clearly, and genuinely cares about her patients and her work. She truly listens and has the patience to address all concerns. The office itself is clean, quiet, and very punctual about taking you back on time.
