EVERYONE IS KIND AND PROFESSIONAL!! Dr Gopal listens and explains. I have never felt that my time was up. He also has a wonderful sense of humor! I hesitate to recommend him because I want him to always have time for me. Selfish? Absolutely

There are so many great things about this office! Your phone staff is so friendly, Lani at the front desk is so sweet, Dr. Gopal’s MA Dustin is super efficient, Lori in referrals is the best, and Dr. Gopal takes really great care of me! All are all wonderful! They always get back to me in a very timely manner, I never feel like I’m just hanging out there waiting. You have a fantastic team here. I can’t say enough great things about BSIM. Keep up the great work! 10/10!

Easy to get an appointment. No long waits. Dr Gopal gives me as much ti.e as I need. He explains everything so I understand it. Dustin is also very helpful answering email requests. Front office staff is kind and professional.

The people are usually always smiling - definitely always friendly - and the atmosphere is a positive one which helps someone like me, who's gets high blood pressure even thinking about hospitals, doctors and especially shots!! This visit went really well - even having to have shot! Highly recommend this team.

Dr. Gopal was wonderful. He filled in for my regular doctor who was on leave. He meticulously set up all my Rx’s and became prepared for any questions for an upcoming surgery. So above and beyond! His medical assistant was wonderful as well and the front desk is so friendly. I feel grateful to be a patient in this practice.
