On my first visit the check in was a wonderful experience. I felt valued as a patient by the warmth and courteous reception. The experience proved even better when I met Dr. Dickinson. She displayed a warmth and interest that I have seldom experienced as a new patient. She was thorough and listened to my concerns. She spent time getting to know me and my needs. I fins this practice to always be available for any concern. I recommend it with no reservations.

It's on the first floor, the receptionist is so pleasant to talk to and they make you feel they special and is concerned about your health. I would recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Dickinson is everything you could want in an Internal Medicine PCP. She understands and oversees the inputs from specialists you may be seeing and manages the integration to ensure a positive health outcome. She is very thorough and understanding in addressing PCP issues. She and all of her staff are friendly, professional and efficient. On the occasion I needed a backup doctor, her notes were so thorough Dr. [last name], who was wonderful, could step right in and help. So grateful to have Dr. Dickinson as a PCP.

Dr Dickinson is the best primary care physician I’ve ever had. She truly listens to me and my concerns and helped find true root causes instead of just giving me drugs to help symptoms. Dr. Dickinson is thorough, thoughtful, listens carefully to my description of symptoms, gives me options and her staff are very responsive to my messages. The office is run quite well and while Dr. Dickinson was out I saw Dr. [last name] who as also quite excellent. The doctors and staff clearly care about their patients. I am completely satisfied with the care I get there.

The primary reason my wife and I are associated with Baptist Hispital is due to the excellent services we both receive from Dr Erika Dickinson and Shannon. They ALWAYS go above and beyond and make us feel like we are inportant and cared for. Dr Dickinson is the Only Doctor where I enjoy seeing for my medical needs. Her bedside manners are impeccable and I wish other doctors would mimic. Shannon is a tremendous asset to Dr Dickinson and to the hospital. While sitting in waiting everyone had positive comments about Shannon and really love Dr Dickinson. Please share with both are true sediments.
