The provider was wonderful! They all are. They always squeeze in sick kids and the wait time is never more than a couple of minutes. This is an incredible office.

The front desk receptionist Sam is the best! The nurses are so kind and we just love Dr Jacobson! She is so amazing! The check out lady is so great! Just all around a great experience for my kids and I.

Employees are extremely polite and helpful. I had no problem getting a new patient appointment for my daughter after giving birth to my daughter and leaving the hospital.

We had a wonderful experience on our last visit at Baptist Pediatrics in Nocatee! Almost no wait time and incredibly kind and patient care for my daughter who was really not feeling well. Grateful for such a positive experience during an already stressful time for families.

Location, never met a doctor I didn’t like and I like that someone answers the phone and you don’t leave a message and call back. The nurses are always quick to call back if it’s a sick visit.

Dr. Brenes is the best. All the Doctors we see are wonderful. They always get us in when our child is sick. They are very responsive when calling and always call back. Extremely clean and well run office. We never ever feel rushed. The Doctors take time to discuss issues and educate. We never have to wait long to be seen. We just love this office!

We absolutely love Dr. Emanuel! He always takes the time to answer our questions and concerns, and he’s so great with the kids. He makes visits fun and really helps them feel comfortable. The office is super clean, check-in is always quick and easy, and the staff and MAs are so friendly. Couldn’t ask for a better pediatrician!
