There was a discrepancy in scheduling for us and the office was quick to remedy it. I was frustrated and the staff remained professional. Dr. Tarbox took her time and was wonderful at explaining my son's plan of care. The cleanliness of the office is wonderful, too.

Everyone is always friendly. They are always able to squeeze my child in for a sick visit. We love Dr. Tarbox and the fact that none of the doctors ever make us feel rushed.

We absolutely loved how welcoming the staff member who was at the front desk this day as she was so welcoming and helpful. We absolutely adore and will follow Dr. Tarbox and nurse Karen anywhere they are as they both help us feel welcomed, safe, and know our kids are in good hands.

The doctors are generally great at listening, being curious, and then discerning what's going on - esp with little patients who don't always give clear answers. We are particularly fond of Dr Tarbox who has a great demeanor and is cautious and thorough. The staff are all generally kind and the office runs pretty efficiently/mostly on time.

We love Dr. Tarbox! The care she gives to each of her patients is top notch. She takes the time to get to know your child personally and makes them the focus of the visit. You know the doctor is doing something great when your kiddo runs over to give them a hug! The other doctors in the practice have been incredible when we've needed unplanned visits if our little one was sick. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Months ago, I expressed my concerns about my daughter's head shape to the pediatrician, but she disregarded them and denied my request for a referral to a pediatric neurologist. After doing my research, I found that physical therapy could help her condition, contrary to what the doctor said about her 'growing out of it.' Finally, at her 4-month wellness visit, the pediatrician acknowledged the severity of the flatness and the need for intervention, a month after I had sent her photos seeking advice. I feel uneasy about her prioritizing only vaccinations during wellness checks and not addressing other issues promptly. This delay has prolonged the corrective process, which could have been avoided if she had listened to me.

The doctors and staff are amazing. Always going above and beyond to help their patients. Dr Brenes truly cares about her patients and works to develop a plan of care with the patient and their families. We are so thankful for her and all she does.

First and foremost, I feel confident in the quality of the pediatricians you have. I have four children, three of whom are aged out now. We have had emergency, same day appointments and everything you can imagine. Every time we have seen a pediatrician of high caliber. We have the utmost confidence taking our children to Baptist Pediatrics.
