The staff is very professional. Communication is excellent and helpful any time. The office is very clean and organized. The visit room too. The nurse and doctors are very professional. I”am very happy for the service there. Every time that I was there they helped me for everything. I recommend all my friends and relatives.

All the doctors and staff are so friendly. We always get in and out quickly and have never left feeling like the doctor we saw wasn't actively working toward helping our children.

That a real live person who is actually in the office answers the phone. They are always very polite, kind and patient. I love that a nurse will shortly call me back to help in any way she can and then schedule my child to be seen if needed. It is a pleasure to call and bring my children to this office. Please don't ever change!

Upon walking in, the staff was so welcoming and warm. I love the separate waiting rooms, so that I can be at ease when bringing my child in. The wait time was minimal. The nurse that worked with was kind. Dr. Jacobson put my mind at ease about my concerns and did not make me feel silly or rushed.

Everyone is always very kind and friendly. The wait times are extremely short. The doctors take their time with each patient and I never feel rushed. I always feel like my child has been thoroughly assessed. I love the hours on the weekend in case of a sick kid. This is the best pediatric practice!

The communication skills are poor. The last few times I have talked to the nurses I have been treated rudely and made to feel as if I were stupid for asking questions.

We had a great experience. My children felt comfortable and cared for, and their doctor took her time asking questions so she had a complete picture of their health/history, and she answered all of my questions thoroughly.
