I went a few days early to fill out forms. When I got to my daughter's appointment I was given an iPad to fill out more forms which is nearly impossible when alone with a 2 year old. I was given a hard time by the receptionist when I asked why I couldn't have done this when I came in advance. The nurse came before i could even get halfway through and needed me to follow her. I'm pregnant with a child and my hands totally full including the iPad and she's needing me to catch up and take my daughters shoes on and off. The bed side manner I of the nurse was horrible, I've never gone to a practice where help wasn't offered in this circumstance . She went so fast I couldn't follow her and walked around to find the room she was standing in front of as if she was annoyed I couldn't keep up., she needed me to hold my child down for an immunization in a position I could not because I'm 8 months pregnant and had no sympathy understanding or tolerance for my physical incapacity. I did like the pediatrician we saw. Had that not been the case we wouldn't be back.

Dr. Walker was very nice and really cared about my concerns. She took her time to come up with a good plan for my son's asthma / illness.
