Baptist Pediatrics office at Marsh Landing. Thank you for having us . Everyone is soooo awesome . They really do care for their patients. They go above and beyond . My children are very comfortable with the doctors and staff. Great providers who take time to listen to concerns and answer questions. I have never felt hurried. Very organized, responsive, polite, friendly staff. The facility is very clean.

Dr. Conner is wonderful. She is very thorough, takes her time, remembers all details from previous visits and is always on the cautionary side of things. The nurses are very sweet as well and when it comes to shot time, extremely quick (thankfully)! We have been going here for 5 years now, since the birth of both of our boys and are beyond satisfied with the service.

The office staff is so helpful and kind. We absolutely love the nursing staff, they're thorough, sweet and deliver shots with the least amount of pain. Dr Conner is our favorite doctor. All my boys love her. She is personable, gentle, understanding, and has a sweet sense of humor.

The MA that took us back and did my son's weight and height had no clue she was doing. We basically had to do everything for her. At the end of the appointment he had to get a vaccine and a prick in his finger. She missed his finger twice with the prick which resulted in a lot of tears on his end. She didn't even apologize.

We love dr Connor. We have been with her for years. The entire staff of drs is amazing, but we have an amazing relationship with dr Connor. She never rushes our appts, she answer all of our questions. She give you calls to speak with personally, which I know drs do that but it means a lot to parents. I never had that when I was a child.

Dr. Conner is fantastic with my introverted teenage daughter, and the fact that my daughter is comfortable with her, requesting to see her speaks VOLUMES about her individual approach to pediatric medical care. Top notch doctor.

The front desk staff is extremely difficult to deal with. Extremely rude to both my husband and I...when we were simply trying to pick up a copy of my daughter's immunizations (we were given 2 copies of one daughter, rather than one of each at our first appointment). Almost makes me want to change practices as this was our first time dealing with the staff and she was just so very rude. Sorry we interrupted her day.

Our first appointment did not feel very welcoming. With this being our first baby and first appointment we were surprised that we pretty much asked all of the questions. The nurse did not really ask us anything in regards to our first few days at home. Seemed very routine and did not dive deep into family history or anything. We transferred pediatricians following this appointment.

I liked how they were quick to take us back and answered all our questions. Our previous pediatrician will give us a sheet every month of things to look for like milestones, how much food the child should be eating at this point examples of food, oral care and just tons of information. That would be my only suggestion would be to provide information on what we should be looking for or things we should be doing with our child between now and next visit. For example you should be looking for your child to be cruising or attempting to stand up on items give your child opportunity to pull themselves up onto furniture with supervision. Your child should be attempting to use sippy cups so have a sippy cup nearby. It would be helpful to give some guidance so we know what to expect/What are child should be doing for the next visit.

It is easy to schedule an appointment. There is availability when I need to bring my kids in. Dr. Connor is excellent and I feel like she really listens to our concerns. My kids feel comfortable with her and we have trust in her as a physician. The office has been very responsive when I have called to speak to a phone nurse or have needed a referral or a medical record. I feel like the office runs efficiently every time I've been there in person. I also have not had to wait long in the waiting room or exam room and also appreciate that about this practice.

So many things! They call me back when I leave a message. The nurses/doctors/office staff never make me feel dumb when I call with non-urgent medical questions. And weekend office hours! I love Baptist Pediatrics! I'm thankful to have found this practice!
