This was a first visit with her. She and her assistant listened carefully to my concerns, & repeated them back to me. Dr. Flood told me what her diagnosis was (a name for this persistent problem), and what she proposed as a remedy. A question about proposed meds & COVID shot was researched right there, & she made an adjustment of meds. I was so impressed with her responsiveness to my concerns, right down to the kind of bandages to use. I’m very pleased to have been referred to her. Her staff assistant was very through and pleasant. I was not in any way uncomfortable with any of the staff-all pleasant and helpful.
