Dr. Flood has been amazing!! I have had the same symptoms for over 5 years and have never had a doctor take my concerns seriously. Dr. Flood truly took the time to listen, answered all of my questions, and gave me some direction for my concerns. I’m very grateful!

Dr. Flood was extremely kind and informative. She explained everything about my options for medications. She took the time to research a side effect that I'm having from the medication and she figured out another way to go about using the medication to hopefully figure out the side effect issue. She even took the time to address some skin issues that required biopsies. She made time to take care of that while I was there. Rather than send me away to schedule it for a different day. I am so incredibly grateful for her hands on approach. I drive from LaPorte IN for my appointments at Northwestern. Dr. Flood is worth the drive!

Dr. Flood is amazing! She has a good manner with my teenager. She is constantly going the extra mile to care for her patients. She responds to messages quickly and helpfully, seeing them quickly when urgent issues arise. She deals with prior authorization like a pro and is always looking for new ways to help, like setting up the capability for yag laser treatments.
