Dr Flood is very knowledgeable, companionate, have patience to explain things, make me feel that she listens to my concerns and those are her top interest as well, never rushes to end the appointment, kind and empathetic. A really unique doctor and I am happy and feel fortunate to be under her care

She was very pleasant, helpful and explained things very well. It did not take me months to get in to see her and unless she becomes some kind of specialist in a limited field of dermatology I would be happy to see her again. I actually was considering my husband's dermatologist who is not part of your practice because of all the problems I had.
