Dr. Flood was so personable and fully present even though I was the last patient on a Friday and she must have felt rushed. She listened closely and understood my frustration with a recurring rash around my mouth. I liked the mix of prescription and over the counter remedies!

Dr. Flood was very thorough. She went over the notes that were taken by my former doctor, Dr. [ ]. She explained what she saw and what she was doing. Overall I believe Dr. Flood is just as great at her job as Dr. Rosenbaum.

Dr. Flood listens and interacts with me as a thinking person. She discusses issues that I present, and gives thorough instructions for procedures to follow at home. She is never condescending, and is kind.
