Dr. Downing explained everything clearly and wrote down her recommendations. For two brain-fried parents of a newborn, thats essential. She was warm, gave guidance that made it evident she was listening to us, and we felt very well cared-for.

I appreciated Dr. Downings compassion and concern, as well as her diligence to determine what might best help my daughter. My daughter actually sounded and felt lighter (though she wouldnt admit it), after speaking with Dr. Downing.

Dr. Downing is very easy to talk to and I enjoy hearing her viewpoints as she is a parent herself. I always feel better leaving an appointment as Dr. Downing doesnt harp on milestones or what my baby, or us new parents for that matter, are or are not doing. I feel very comfortable asking her advice on anything and value her opinion.

Dr. Downing is always thorough and patient. She covers every detail and provides thorough explanations. She has given great guidance with treatment plans for my teenage daughters diagnosis of anorexia.
