Dr. Downing is wonderful. She goes above and beyond. She's detail oriented, follows up, and knows what to say to calm a nervous parent.

She is kind, warm, and very knowledgeable! I originally went to the practice to see Dr. Lechman but after seeing her twice in the hospital, I will continue to seek out her for our daughters appointments.

Dr Downing was knowledgeable but was too rushed and downplayed/did not convey the seriousness of my child’s issue.

It felt like a very rushed experience. She kept talking about worse case scenario that made me uncomfortable. I didn’t get the sense she truly understood what she was discussing with me. She didn’t seem that into children given she’s a pediatrician.

Dr. Downing was thorough and caring in addressing my childrens needs. I appreciated her explanation of the scope of possibilities for their illnesses, the tests she planned to conduct, and recommended medications. Very easy to talk to & pose questions. She recognized my special concern regarding my daughter and was helpful and compassionate. Overall, the visit with my teen twins was an excellent experience and we are thankful for her help. Dr. Downings bedside manner & clinical skill set leads me to believe she would be perfect for parents with children of any age.

Dr. Downing is always down to earth and ˜keeps it real with us new parents. She understands our concerns when our daughter is sick, and thoroughly helps us with a treatment regime. Our daughter is in great hands.
