She’s amazing! We wanted a second opinion for a concern we have about our newborn. And I’m so happy with Dr. Downing. She actually listened to our concerns, asking relevant questions, and providing her insight on some solutions. Our previous pediatrician did not listen to us and dismissed us to just deal with it. Dr. Downing genuinely cares about her patients. We will be switching to this office and look forward to having Dr. Downing as our pediatrician.

Dr. Downing helps guide us through our concerns and offers solutions. It is obvious that she doesn’t remember previous conversations we’ve had. It would be nice if she kept notes on our history so that we can have more in depth conversations at each visit.
