I feel like she’s rushed when she seen my baby. And when I asked if I could get a call with my baby’s test results she kept pushing the app for results although I explained that my app does not work for me.

We met Dr. Downing at the hospital during our stay. She was so friendly and gentle with our little one. We decided to schedule our first well-check visit with her and she was such a delight. She was quick and efficient and knew how to deal with our little one when he would get fuzzy. She was generous and kind enough to give us formula samples since we were having a hard time with the formula shortage in our area.

She does not make the appointment feels rushed, makes sure our questions have been answered and was extremely helpful in getting through an anxiety filled appointment (multiple shots)
