Setting up appointment was easy. But the instruction given was to arrive 30 minutes prior to appointment. Just to wait 40 minutes with no one else in the waiting room. The first nurse was a bit rude in her approach. Luckily, after I got into the back prior to MRI, everyone else was pleasant. Good experience but super long wait for no obvious reason.
