I had a wonderful experience, and will returning for all imaging going forward. The front desk staff and technologist were very friendly, and my appointment started on time. Two differences from another imaging place I have gone to in the past: they will play music here during MRIs which is wonderful distraction, but bring your own socks because they do not provide them.

Nice staff, professional, clean facility. Not my favorite place to have to go, but that’s based on me not being happy about what brought me there! If I need more imaging; it’ll be done here for sure! I recommend this place!

I was able to get an appointment scheduled the same day. The staff appeared very respectful and thoughtful. The service was as I would have expected.

There was a “masks required for entry” sign on the door (it is a medical facility after all), and the receptionist I checked in with had their mask down. The practitioner who conducted my MRI had no mask either. I arrived 30 minutes early as told only to be rushed through my paperwork by the technician. I don’t have much patience for being rushed through paperwork, especially when the waiting room was empty when I arrived. Overall, a bit unprofessional but not bad.

From the front desk to the tech. I was late, scared and took to much time. I received friendly smiles, clean environment and directions when lost. The tech was a mothers hand. Is what I can say without crying. Thank yall

Everyone in the office was extremely knowledgeable and polite. Comforting environment, and was quickly called back for my MRI. My physician had my results within an hour of my leaving! Highly recommended!!

Very professional and kind technician for my ultrasound in Timonium. . Scheduling and front desk were prompt and professional. I have used Chesapeake Medical Imagining for many years, particularly the Defense Hwy Annapolis location and the Timonium location.
