Getting an appointment was easy and fast! When we arrived the ladies at the front desk were friendly and extremely helpful! The technician who did the study was amazing and friendly! It was a great experience!

The entire staff from the receptionists who found the order I did not have with me to the technicians who explained EVERYTHING that was going to happen to me were MARVELOUS. Best Radiologic experience I have had in awhile. Thank you.

My wait time was very brief which was great. The test I underwent - a virtual colonoscopy - was not very pleasant, however, the young woman who administered the test was very kind and understanding.

Did a CT scan, in and out in less then 15 minutes. Arrived before my appointment and got me in less then a couple minutes. Highly recommend, staff was wonderful.

I don't think there can be a better experience having an MRI done. There's NOTHING they could have done better or different for this test. The staff were awesome, the technician and the assistant were knowledgeable and very friendly, the experience was remarkable.

The staff is wonderful at Chesapeake Imaging. They go to great lengths to make you comfortable. Your procedure is explained to you before and during your test. They cover you with nice warm blankets so that you are comfortable. These rooms are always cold. The only negative thing about this location is the location. It's tucked off the highway with nothing but a daycare for neighbors. It is a little bit eerie. I'm told that in other locations, they are in shopping centers with restaurants. I had a nuclear pet scan done and was fasting. There was literally nowhere to even get a cup of coffee. Just saying Chesapeake, before you renew the lease.

I love this place. Must have an MRI done twice a year. Unlike other places, CMI takes care of your comfort and even gives you headphones to wear. I assure you that listening to deathcore artists such as Chesle Grin is great when the double-kick drums are rhythmically aligned. Note: this is a serious review and yes they let me listen to Deathcore #bestMRIever

Everyone who works here is amazing. The appointment booking process was very easy. The technician was very calming and reassuring throughout the test. She checked on me repeatedly, knowing I was nervous. I felt so at ease.
