The online scheduling / pre-registration system is extremely time-consuming and frustrating particularly for senior citizens and patients suffering from cognitive decline from brain damage or lack of technological savvy. I long for the days when you could simply talk to a receptionist and schedule an appointment in two minutes. Setting up accounts, user names, and passwords and taking pictures and uploading images of photo IDs, Medicare, and insurance cards appears to be the order of the day for first-time patients. However, once we arrived at the appointment, everything ran very smoothly, staff was quite friendly, competent, and efficient, although the actual brain scanning procedure only lasted ten minutes, the whole appointment was about two hours. GPS directions are quite confusing in getting to the Bellona Avenue facility entrance. I would suggest better signage right at the intersection of North Charles Street and West Bellona. If you turn left there too soon, you end up back on 695 in a huge detour as you drive past the facility to your right.

The workers at Chesapeake imaging May the whole MRI process bearable. To be specific a particular worker her name is Tiffany she made my over 2 hour process seem bearable. I want to thank everyone there and I will return each year for my yearly.

I had multiple procedures done at this office and i have to say, they were all top notch. All of the professionals were kind, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable about their area of testing.I would definitely recommend this office if you need imaging.

This was my first experience with Chesapeake Medical Imaging and it was excellent. Scheduling was easy and the scheduler was very helpful. The location (Timonium) is convenient, office staff was very nice, technician was professional and very competent and I really appreciated the radiologist talking to me about findings. If I could change one tiny detail it would be to have slightly calmer music playing in the waiting room.

Arrived for appointment and was immediately processed for CAT scan and MRI. Both procedures explained to me and preparation for imaging was done in a professional and thorough manner. The imaging was done in a careful and respectful manner with frequent inquires concerning my comfort. Some modifications were made to my positioning to accommodate my comfort requests. Staff was courteous and my few concerns were addressed. Highly recommend Chesapeake Medical imaging for anyone's' imaging requirements.

The staff here--from the front desk to the aides to the radiologist--could not be friendlier or more professional. They must see and image dozens of patients a day, but I was treated as if I were the only one. Destiny, who performed my MRI, was exceptionally kind, patient, and helpful. The only area for improvement would be to lessen the wait time (which would mean hiring more staff or decreasing the daily patient load): I had to wait an hour before my MRI, and since the MRI itself requires having to be still for a long stretch of time, a shorter wait period beforehand would be most welcome.

SO not "the other place". The only radiology service that will not keep you waiting! Great staff, too! HOWEVER...it takes too long to get results, sometimes over a week.

The Lutherville/Towson Office is superb in its Medical Imaging from beginning to end. Those who pleasantly greet you as you arrive, the pleasant surroundings in the office, and the wonderful way the nurses are treating you all combine to make a first-class medical experience.

Great service and the employees were all nice and super helpful. One staff went out of his way to get in contact with my insurance adjuster as well as the doctor for a stat script. I was in and out in 15 mins!

Easier in and out then the other radiology place. You can do better than the girl at the front desk this morning however. She would not be the first contact my customers interact with if it was my business. It's just too easy to care. She doesn't.

The tech who preformed my sonogram was absolutely amazing. Her caring and professional demeanor made for a pleasant visit and was beyond expectations. I have actually decided to schedule all my remaining sonogram appointments with Chesapeake Medical Imaging.

Chesapeake radiology is wonderful! I’ve never been treated so kindly & professionally. The staff were amazing. The office is clean & pleasant. I highly recommend! They treated me better than any other Radiologist I’ve been to. I’ve had many, many images done. They are the very best!

Scheduling, front desk, radiologist all very good service. But you have too wait daze to get the results, had a test done on a Friday it's already NEXT WEEK Tuesday AFTER 5PM with no results given and they couldn't even tell me when it would be completed. SAD, SAD, SAD, won't use this SLOW SERVICE anymore!
