From the front desk staff to the CT scan technicians to the radiologist, everyone was extremely pleasant, friendly, and professional. I especially appreciated the calming bedside manner of the CT technicians, as I was anxious and had veins that were not cooperating and dehydrated. They were very skilled and patient, and above all calming, explaining every step of the process, checking in before going forward, and distracting me from my anxiety smoothly. I would definitely return to this center for any future imaging need. Thank you!

I was running late and called ahead. The person at the front desk helped me to expedite my registration process, which was great. I was nervous because of the type of test I was getting. Kay was my technician and Dr. Dial was the physician. They were both excellent. They checked in with me throughout the procedure. Kay was especially awesome. I really appreciated the percentage completion that she gave me. It really gave me the encouragement to just hang in there. The icing on the cake was their "good luck" at the end of the procedure. That meant a lot after a really challenging test. I really really value this location and the team. Everyone is just exceptional. Thank you for being excellent and helping people through difficult times.

Cordial front desk staff and the check in process was es expected The wait time for the appointment was just a little late - had something to do with the person before me. It all went fine and I have no complaints but I would remind the team that as a first time patient and first time scan, I wish I had more explanation of the scan and discussion prior to the test. Also, unlike MRIs and such there was literally no communication with me, checking status, informing me how it was going or how much time was left. All that would have been helpful. Overall good experience.

The check-in process was easy, and I was served in a timely manner. I went in for a uncomfortable procedure, and the nurses did everything to help me feel more at ease.
