Walk-in for x-ray. Lovely receptionist took info and I only waited a short time. X-ray provider was kind and professional. Plus my doctor told me the radiologist here is very good!

Their requirement for 30 min early arrival was irritating, but we handled the paperwork and my procedure was completed by 5 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. Very excellent. Fast, clean, safe, professional. I won't be irritated next time.

The staff was efficient and friendly. I spent the half hour between arrival and my appointment filling out pages of paperwork. James, who did the MRI and MRA, was personable and proficient. Savannah, who did the CT, and PET Scans was good at her job, but tended to treat me as a child, saying "PERfect!," and other ditsy things. even saying, "Are you SURE you don't have a couple of bobby pins in your hair? Maybe just a COUPLE?" I denied it vehemently and then realized she must have found the two pieces of metal that James had found in my wig, so I took it off. Even though she knew what to do, she behaved like a dizzy blonde interacting with a stupid old woman - irritating!
