I came in for an X-ray today. I have never been dissatisfied at this office. They make you feel welcome, even when you don't want to be there. Carmen and Roxanne are great employees and I thank them for working and serving me. 10 out of 10. Also, thank you for taking walk-ins for X-rays.

I had an excellent experience starting with the phone call to make the appointment. I used some other imaging place in the past but they ran me through so many hoops just trying to get a STAT CT done. I just figured it's the world we're in now, terrible customer service. After contacting Chesapeake Medical Imaging my faith was restored in customer service. The lady on the phone making my appointment could not have been nicer. My only regret was that I didn't tell her how nice she was and how I appreciated her kindness and service. When I got to the office the lady at the front counter was just as nice. Extremely helpful. This continued right on to the back when I had my CT scan. Extremely caring, friendly and they all seemed to care about what I was going through. My expectations unfortunately have been lowered these days when it comes to customer service. It's a terrible thing in our country. I hope it changes. But even though I have to travel further I will continue to use Chesapeake Medical Imaging. I just hope I don't have to use them too often!

I have used Chesapeake Medical Imaging in Bowie and Annapolis and every time, the staff is courteous, helpful and friendly. Hate enclosed MRI's but they have made the experience less painful. Love them, Lana

Was there early for my appointment and was accepted shortly thereafter. Everyone was extremely pleasant. Found a condition in my leg which I did not expect. The doctor talked with me about the situation and contacted my doctor with the results of the scan. Very happy about my treatment this time and every time I have used Chesapeake Imaging in Bowie and Annapolis.
