Awesome staff! I walked in at 5:30 PM, arriving straight from my Dr. office. I asked if they took walk-in because I had no appt and they closed at 6:00 PM. I was pleasantly greeted and seen right away after verifying my info.

They are so well organized that I never have to wait long for my appointment to begin. Plus, everything is always explained to me - for example, how long the test will take, etc. And they always make certain that I am comfortable.

My visit was quick, comfortable and friendly. The location was easy to find, adequate parking in a safe area. The office was clean and customer friendly. The front desk personnel was friendly and the technician was competent and practiced good safety measures.

I came in for an X-ray today. I have never been dissatisfied at this office. They make you feel welcome, even when you don't want to be there. Carmen and Roxanne are great employees and I thank them for working and serving me. 10 out of 10. Also, thank you for taking walk-ins for X-rays.

I had an excellent experience starting with the phone call to make the appointment. I used some other imaging place in the past but they ran me through so many hoops just trying to get a STAT CT done. I just figured it's the world we're in now, terrible customer service. After contacting Chesapeake Medical Imaging my faith was restored in customer service. The lady on the phone making my appointment could not have been nicer. My only regret was that I didn't tell her how nice she was and how I appreciated her kindness and service. When I got to the office the lady at the front counter was just as nice. Extremely helpful. This continued right on to the back when I had my CT scan. Extremely caring, friendly and they all seemed to care about what I was going through. My expectations unfortunately have been lowered these days when it comes to customer service. It's a terrible thing in our country. I hope it changes. But even though I have to travel further I will continue to use Chesapeake Medical Imaging. I just hope I don't have to use them too often!
