Everything went very smoothly from the time I entered the facility until I left. The wait time for being called was less than 5 minutes as I had an appointment. The staff was very friendly.

Scheduling over the phone was very efficient and easy. The person I spoke with was professional, pleasant and very helpful as to appropriate instructions on preparation for the procedure. At my appointment, the techs who performed the procedure definitely knew their jobs well and were considerate.

The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The mammogram technician was gentle and kind. I have been going to Chesapeake Imaging in Annapolis for years and will continue. I highly recommend the facility for their care, kindness, professionalism and understanding. Thank you for years of excellent service.

There was a bit of a wait before being seen; however, the pleasant staff and especially the MRI technician were extremely friendly, and kind. Even though the tech had difficulty getting the camera on the MRI machine to work initially; she continuously checked with me to give me updates, and to make sure I was comfortable. She consistently apologized for the delay, even though it wasn't her fault. I was grateful to have her as my tech for the appointment.
