Top notch! The blond girl at reception desk was most helpful and courteous. I think her name was. Barbara, but I’m not sure. She helped me setup future appointments and made very helpful suggestions that would accommodate my schedule.

The technician who had given me the mammogram was extremely professional and pleasant. I also enjoyed talking to Dr. Duckett when she had spoken to me about the results of the mammogram. Dr. Duckett was also very polite and professional.

I left my doctor’s appt with a concern for blood clot in my calf. Chesapeake Medical Imaging was closing down for the day, it was obvious. However, I was registered and had an ultrasound within 10 minutes. The US tech Stacie, was very kind and recognized my anxiety. She was very calming and professional throughout.

Everyone was super kind. I got my appointment quickly and they did not keep me waiting long once I arrived. The person who did my scan was careful, very kind and kept me from being nervous which one usually is when they get any kind of scan, even if it is a routine check-up. Highly highly recommend these guys.

My entire experience on Monday, July 15 was outstanding. From the receptionist desk to the technician who came to get me from the waiting area, to the technician who did the images on me during my MRI process. They were all friendly, reassuring and helpful to me. They allowed my boyfriend to come inside of the room where they were takings images of me. I truly appreciate everything. I was nervous, however the technician was great. I appreciate everything yesterday.
