I was a walk-in patient for a chest x-ray, and the entire process, from check-in through the imaging, went very smoothly. While there were about eight patients already waiting when I arrived, I was called for my x-ray within 15 minutes. I expect that billing will be equally uneventful.

Going for imaging can be very intimidating depending on why you are there. Chesapeake Medial Imaging is a friendly yet professional environment. I hate to say I have been there several times but I have and it has always been a pleasant experience.

Excellent service! All staff members were professional and kind. I am temporarily disabled, and they went out of their way to make sure I was safe and comfortable. I also scheduled two separate procedures, and they were able to get me through both in 30 minutes.
