I had to be there for 2 hours. I knew that but it would be nice for the workers at the front desk to tell those of us who have long appointments what is going on after waiting 20 minutes or longer.

Jeanie who performed the screening was very professional, informative, and pleasant. I was greeted and given all paperwork immediately upon entering. The wait was immediate.

Being claustrophobic, MRI’s are problematic. The staff took care that I was at ease, but it seemed they are that way with all their patients.

I was a walk-in for a an X-ray for my neck. The front desk personnel were very friendly. There was no difficulty taking me as a walk-in. The wait time was reasonable. The X-ray technician was professional and courteous. I did not have an unpleasant experience.

Very efficient radiology tech Brandy at Defense Hwy facility listened to my questions/concerns about timely availability of scan results and followed up. The CT scan procedure was much quicker than I had previously experienced at Weems Creek facility.

I had the nicest young lady doing my hip X-rays of my hips. I’ve had a lot of pain from back surgeries and she was so careful and helped me get in position for the xray. I’m just sorry I didn’t get her name.

Staff was professional, clean environment, minimal wait time. I especially liked that you received immediate results from your mammogram and met with the doctor to go over these results.
