I was an emergent, unscheduled input to CMI's bustling operation; so busy that I needed to do my paperwork in my car as the pandemic limited waiting room was full. Upon completing my paperework, I took it to the building and was seated inside awaiting my CT scan for an emergent issue. The entire episode was incredibly professionally handled. Kudos to CMI. (Unfortunately, I've yet to hear from my PCP as to results and next steps.)

The appointment line did a great job of getting me an appointment for a time sensitive test. Very understanding and helpful. My appointment was at the Annapolis location. Very efficient, very clean facility. The staff was friendly and professional.

The person at the front door was so welcoming. Not just to me but to everyone that came in. The girl who did the ultrasound was very kind and understanding when I needed help. She was very thorough and efficient. I like this office and come here for all the things I need done. Keep up the good work.
