The doctor and the technicians were awesome. The front desk (receptionist), was not friendly at all. They need some more customer service training. The one young lady was not friendly at all. I hope when I come back in July for my mammogram, I will deal with another front desk receptionist.

perfect! made appt. on line. Got there waited very short amount of time, the lady doing my mamogram was so very nice and the plus was the room was warm!

I’ve always had a positive experience with CMI - I will say that some of the paperwork is really redundant. It asks the same exact questions on two or three different pages.
However, that said the staff is always really friendly and helpful!

I want to say that my experience at Chesapeake imaging was excellent the young lady that assisted me her name is Nancy she was an awesome she was exceptional very professional before I went in my nerves were running high but she talked with me and made me feel relaxed and constantly checked to make sure I was doing good and while I was going through the MRI percedure it was like it was nothing I just can not thank Nancy enough
