Fantastic to deal with these folks. Carmen in the front is extraordinary, friendly, helpful and cooperative. Even though I made a mistake in my appointment, she fit me in and took care of me… as always. Such a pleasure to visit and the staff is very friendly. Love them all!!

Great. I was challenged by traffic and they held things open a few extra minutes for me. Turns out I was only 2 minutes late but it was great to have the flexibility.
In and out in 30 minutes. And I got to listen to some Grateful Dead.

Always seems to be a long wait there; but everyone is very pleasant and accommodating. And I always take a book to kill time. I left my watch on this last visit and they called me right away to alert me of the problem. Many thanks to the staff for the phone call!!

Very professional.
Short wait. In and out in about an hour even though I had two procedures.
Was surprised at number of people in waiting area when leaving (12) distances were observed and masks. Only (1)left in area when I went back in for procedures.

I had to be there for 2 hours. I knew that but it would be nice for the workers at the front desk to tell those of us who have long appointments what is going on after waiting 20 minutes or longer.

Jeanie who performed the screening was very professional, informative, and pleasant. I was greeted and given all paperwork immediately upon entering. The wait was immediate.

Being claustrophobic, MRI’s are problematic. The staff took care that I was at ease, but it seemed they are that way with all their patients.
