I called to let them know that I would be late, GPS rerouted me. There was no charge for late arrival, and the receptionist was pleasant to speak with. Once there, wait time was minimal - I was seen after a very short wait. The lobby was very big, clean and seating was spacious enough to give everyone room to breathe. I got in and out in no time. 5 of 5 stars!
