This was the first time I have had a Saturday appointment for a mammogram. There were ample parking spaces available. The atmosphere was much more relaxed. The various staff members I encountered on this visit and others have always been friendly. However, in my previous experiences with a weekday appointment, there is a radiologist onsite who can quickly evaluate your mammogram and let you know if everything appears normal. With the Saturday appointment, that quick evaluation is not possible. In all this is my favorite agency and location (Riva Road) for imaging services.

The Chesapeake Medical Imaging on Defense Hwy in Annapolis MD is always friendly and efficient. The tech's are always gentle and give complete instructions in a caring manner!

I needed assistance getting on and off the equipment and the associate was very helpful and kind. In addition she had a sense of humor. I'm 82 and of course she asked about having a period,which
they are required to do. I laughed told her I was pregnant! Sometimes that's the only Way you can deal with somethings. We both had a good laugh. I appreciated that moment. It helped me thru the process.

My experience at Chesapeake Medical imaging was the best yet of my yearly mammograms. The technician kindly and thoroughly explained how the machine has been improved to make the patient visit quicker and less stressful. The technician was gentle and professional proving true what she’d said earlier. I was finished happily in record time.

Everything went very smoothly from the time I entered the facility until I left. The wait time for being called was less than 5 minutes as I had an appointment. The staff was very friendly.

Scheduling over the phone was very efficient and easy. The person I spoke with was professional, pleasant and very helpful as to appropriate instructions on preparation for the procedure. At my appointment, the techs who performed the procedure definitely knew their jobs well and were considerate.

The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The mammogram technician was gentle and kind. I have been going to Chesapeake Imaging in Annapolis for years and will continue.
