Sadly I had a very bad experience here on what should have been an exciting day. My husband and I had recently found out we were pregnant again after just 6 months prior having a stillborn son who passed at 20 weeks gestation from the fatal and rare disease called Full Trisomy 18. Finding out we were pregnant again was both exhilarating and scary after what we had just endured with our son. In my opinion, our tech made some inappropriate comments during our ultrasound even after we had shared what we went through with our son. Her bedside manners were neither professional nor empathetic and I never want to go back here again. This experience brought me to tears and made me even more scared for our growing baby since the tech said to us, "well, you got good news...TODAY..but there's no guarantee...so we'll see!" before handing us our ultrasound pictures and leaving the room. The front desk was lovely and helpful & I can't speak for the whole practice, but my husband and I will never return here for any needs in the future after this experience with this specific tech.

Chesapeake never disappoints. Fully staffed and everyone is always polite and professional. I was a little irritated that I had to change rooms at the last minute. But it all worked out.

Although it was a long wait everyone was courteous and helpful. The MRI experience was overwhelming and the 20 minutes seemed like an hour. The attendants were supportive.

I've gone to Chesapeake Medical Imaging for mammograms for the past 21 years because of their professionalism, ease of scheduling, getting me in and out on time (even early) and results come back quickly. Their staffs are kind, knowledgeable, and give useful information.

I wasted my whole afternoon waiting to be seen for a 1:30pm appointment that never arrived. At 2:30pm I inquired about the wait after having to repeat my name several times and why I was there and seeing strange looks at me, the computer and another person that checks you in, i asked if i should just leave and was told I should be called shortly. When people that just came in started being called back I knew it was time to leave as I couldn't spend the rest of my day waiting as they didn't close until 6pm and I had waited more than long enough without an explanation as why I was the only one still waiting to be seen.

Initially as a walk-in, they couldn't take me immediately. We agreed to a later time at 5.oo PM that day. All went well and within ten minutes, It was finished. Well done!

They were kind, prompt, and efficient. Location was convenient. Parking was easy. Waiting room was not crowded, with seating widely spaced. And my PCP got the results before I even got home.

Usually treated with utmost attention and care but this last visit was rushed and only one half of the order was completed even after I mentioned that more needed to be done. Maybe someone could have double checked to see if there was more to the order before dismissing me. Not sure if they received both orders from my Dr.

It was pretty quick visit. Very nice and welcoming and made the process and tell you how the procedure goes along the way. Someone who has anxiety like me , that assistant or dr not sure who it was made me less nervous.

Excellent experience! The lovely young lady at the front desk was so kind and nice, even though I'm sure she was exhausted (I overheard her talking about how she came straight from another job). The tech was very kind as well as the assistants. Everything was so smoothly run and you really can't beat great hospitality, a rare experience these days.
