I'm going to Chesapeake Imaging for all my imaging needs. Easy to get appointments, staff are friendly. Once there the wait time is minimal and my doctor also says they are his preferred provider for imaging.

At first, I was brought back with the tech not confirming my last name and she had the wrong patient. Her response was, “well that’s funny. “. I told her it wasn’t , and in fact, was very hapless. What happened if I was older with dementia, she could have performed the wrong procedure on the wrong patient. Secondly, the contrast I was administered was not done correctly so I had to repeat scans. Will be looking for another provider in the future.

I typically have good experiences at this facility. It is small and staff are usually kind and personable. Yesterday, I was scheduled for an MRI and wasn't seen until over an hour past my appointment time. It would be courteous if staff could inform patients ahead of time when they are running that far behind and give the option to reschedule. It was also freezing cold in the machine, where I was laying for about 40 minutes. I was literally shivering which made it difficult to lie still for the procedure. At the end, I was told that they "could have gotten me a blanket". Perhaps this should have been offered ahead of time.

I was very satisfied with my visit to Chesapeake Medical Imaging in Annapolis. The waiting area is pleasant and comfortable, the office staff was nice and the technician I had was very kind and personable. I had used the Bowie location a few months ago for my granddaughter and was equally satisfied. I will continue using CMI in the future.

I have been coming to Chesapeake for years because everyone from the front desk to the wonderful girls who conduct the tests are always friendly and professional. It’s stressful to have to get these tests and everyone at Chesapeake makes me feel comfortable and cared for.

I was well taken cared for. Neil the MRI Tech was very responsive and have prepped me through the process. MRI is a very tedious testing but Neal made it easy and comfortable by giving enough time to ask questions and gave me pillow and ear plugs for my comfort. Over all stupendous!!!

Chesapeake Medical Imaging has always been my number 1 choice for imaging (CT, PET) because of the general sense of being well cared for and about. Rarely do I wait more than 5 minutes to be called to the treatment room and the staff from check in to check out is outstanding with their knowledge, efficiency, and attitude.

I had a very good experience this visit. I was able to get a same day appointment; my wait was no more than 5 minutes on after arrival; and the results were sent to Patient First within a couple hours. It was a relief on an urgent care day.

Great flexibly and care. I confused my reservation appointment but the great people at Chesapeake Medical Imaging were very understanding and worked to fit me in so I would not have to reschedule another time. Very much appreciate their willingness to care for me and accommodate my schedule.
