This provider is caring, and very good at explaining conditions. Unfortunately I need a specific surgery and an important surgery . I am waiting months for the surgery to occur. I’m sure it is mostly involving the hospital schedule not the provider. It still is an issue however.

She listens to you. Doesn’t rush through appointment. Is very knowledgeable. Is very pleasant. Explains things throughly. Answers all your questions. Clearly repeats back to you what steps you are to proceed with.

I was very happy with my visit. Dr was very open to discussing my health issues and taking my concerns seriously. Also was open to my opinion and gave me options.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Balogun last week. The appointment was kept timely. I felt very comfortable with the Dr. She answered all of my questions, was very knowledgeable about my various conditions, and kind as well. I feel comfortable and positive of having her perform my surgery.

That Yetunde Balogun is very knowledgeable and explained everything that we needed to know and what needed tobe done to get better. She always came across as a very caring and supportive Doctor. She was very sympathetic to what we were going through.

I think a little unorganized. Did not know much about the situation. My appointment was at 3:40 and was asked to be there at 3:25, so I was. A lady checked me in around 3:40. Then I waited in a room until 4:05 then opened the door and asked where the doctor was. Just after 4:10 she finally came in and talked to me for about seven minutes. She said that she wanted to see me in [Month] and that was it. Never made an appointment. I had to message her back a couple days later to find out when in [Month].

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
The first time I saw the doctor about my Venus reflex situation was in [Month]. The preliminary tests were done at Alpena Medical Center but I needed to go to Midland to see a vascular doctor. The last visit was a followup phone call and I was able to get appointment for a procedure [Date]. It’s nice the MidMichigan hospitals work together.

Dr. Balogun is an amazing doctor and surgeon. She did an excellent job performing my endovascular aneurysm repair. I did not experience any pain at all and my recovery was fast and smooth.
