They are completely open and transparent in their communications with me. Sometimes you have to request it, but they are always very responsive and helpful, especially when I had questions about my pacemaker.

This provider is caring, and very good at explaining conditions. Unfortunately I need a specific surgery and an important surgery . I am waiting months for the surgery to occur. I’m sure it is mostly involving the hospital schedule not the provider. It still is an issue however.

She listens to you. Doesn’t rush through appointment. Is very knowledgeable. Is very pleasant. Explains things throughly. Answers all your questions. Clearly repeats back to you what steps you are to proceed with.

She is knowledgeable and helpful usually. We had a little te- to- te last year when she refused to help me with a bp med problem stating it was no longer the practice policy to prescribe when she had promised at my in- person checkup that she would help me.

I was very happy with my visit. Dr was very open to discussing my health issues and taking my concerns seriously. Also was open to my opinion and gave me options.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Balogun last week. The appointment was kept timely. I felt very comfortable with the Dr. She answered all of my questions, was very knowledgeable about my various conditions, and kind as well. I feel comfortable and positive of having her perform my surgery.

My single visit in December was prompted by test results. The staff called me in promptly and were excellent. The doctor however was responding to a pacemaker issue in the hospital and I had to wait. However the staff was excellent in informing me of the reason and timing and I did not feel at all ignored. The examination chair with the foot rest was just the answer to the wait. Happy New Year ... I expect to see doc soon again for my own pacemaker.
