Rachel is amazing . She makes u feel like a person and humanizes medicine again. She always has a smile and makes you feel comfortable- and will listen to what you think and feel is best for your body and mind. She is kind and gentle . She restores my faith in the medical system - I’m no longer dollar sign but a human being with real issues and real concerns. I am grateful for her kindness and her support. She makes health care feel safe ! I will trust no one but her in the future with my medical care ! She’s firm and fair, but will always be an ally and champion of the patient ! I cannot say enough good things about this kind and compassionate human being. A true asset to any organization and team she works on - she came in to help her nurse with paperwork . An her heart inspires me to rise up as a patient and reinvest in my care with hope , with gratitude. And with potential .. to feel better. Thank you Rachel !
