Dr. Terttu keeps relatively up-to-date with a patients situation. She can answer any prescription or treatment related question that comes up. She's friendly and answers knowledgably and warmly.

First time visiting Dr. Kertuu. No issues. Nurse Brandi [ ] was exceptional in dealing with issues with pharmacy and prescription. Quick response to messages was much appreciated.

She is well rounded. Understands and pays attention. In the last year of just switching to this facility I have gotten help from long term issues instead of just dealing with them. And the answer is not always drugs.

Rachel, Krissa are wonderful and the whole office stuff is as well! It would be nice if the providers were forced to give some of their kick back money (Bonuses) they get from the hospital to the staff because if the staff didn't actually do the hard work the hospital and providers wouldn't make all the that money. It's just crap the little people continue to be squashed. Thank you

Very comfortable speaking to her,and she listened to my daughter and me. We all worked on a future goal for myself in getting well. I have confidence in her expertise and appreciate her time with me.
