Rachel, Krissa are wonderful and the whole office stuff is as well! It would be nice if the providers were forced to give some of their kick back money (Bonuses) they get from the hospital to the staff because if the staff didn't actually do the hard work the hospital and providers wouldn't make all the that money. It's just crap the little people continue to be squashed. Thank you

I have been frustrated by the amount of follow-up I have had to initiate myself. When tests are ordered, I often only receive the basic results — which I can already see in the portal — without clear guidance about next steps. I frequently have to ask multiple times to understand what the plan is or whether further action is needed. If I did not consistently follow up, I believe some issues would simply be dropped until my next annual physical. I need more proactive communication so I am not doing the bulk of the coordination and questioning. I have also noticed that visits do not always seem prepared for in advance. There have been occasions where details from my chart were missed or the purpose of the visit was unclear, which makes me feel that my history is not being reviewed beforehand. Additionally, in one situation involving a physical concern, the response was limited to ordering imaging and referring me to a specialist without offering interim primary care management. I later

I really appreciate Racheal. She listens to everything I have to say and believe me I have a lot to say lol she’s always very thoughtful always on time and I’ve always been able to get all my questions answered. I truly appreciate her. I have been sick for over a month, she put me on a Z-Pak and an inhaler and within three or four days. I was starting to finally feel better after not feeling well at all for almost a month super Duper.
