Don't see this person he is very unprofessional and rude I got up and walked out of my appointment because of his bad attitude And he told me he didn't ask me to come in that's when I got up and left I have a fractured sternum and a broken rib And still got up and left Very rude and unprofessional

I had my first Medicare exam this last visit. Medicare nurse ask if I had any current problems and I failed to repeat them to Rachel the 2 issues I had. Assumed that they would be passed on by nurse. Wrong. By the time I remembered them, I was out the door.
