My Provider Rachel Kerttu and office staff are absolutely wonderful. They all are incredibly kind and helpful to me. I have such trust in the care that I receive. It really is peace of mind if I call, come in, or send a message....I always get the help I need. I so appreciate my medical team!

I would tell anyone to make an appointment with this kind and informed doctor. She was excellent in explaining the treatment that she thought would be beneficial to me. She was very willing to listen to my concerns and was kind enough to answer all my questions.

I liked that Rachel was focused on diet before talking about medication. However, in the future it would be great if they asked first what you are already doing and don't just assume. I have a lot of food allergies – so recommending food to me is hard unless you understand that first. And also just looking at migraines on my chart doesn't mean you understand the migraines I have.

I waited almost an hour once I was in the office for her to come in. It was my first time seeing her and I probably wouldn’t see her again because of that wait.

My first appointment with Dr Balogun was just 2 days ago. She seemed very through and listened to my concerns. I have to have a CAT scan next week, then she will be able to make her recommendation for moving forward. I just wish my follow-up after the CAT scan was earlier than 6 weeks after.

The front desk team is always an amazing start to every visit. They will greet with a smile and make sure you feel like home. When the nurse calls you, it doesn't feel like you are walking the green mile; feels like you are the luckiest person! They will never make you feel guilty to any questions they ask, even if you gained weight or have been having a hard time. They make sure you are taken care of in any way they can. Then Rachel comes in and she is a fountain of knowledge. She will guide you in the right path to become a healthier you... you just need to follow the plan. Every visit is amazing and empowering. Its truly a phenomenal office
