Dr. Martindale is an impeccable cardiologist. He is so knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, and eager to help. I’m grateful that I am his patient. He did not prescribe a bunch of medications without doing necessary testing beforehand. His staff is very nice, in particular Susan who does scheduling, she is a total champ!

Tiffany is excellent - knowledgeable and willing to sit and discuss. She gave us answers to our questions and was willing to order labwork to get to the reasons for mom's fatigue. An iron infusion has been ordered and we're hopeful that'll help!

He was amazing and the only one to finally get me on my much needed prescription for Mounjaro for my diabetes. I am so thankful for all of his help and would highly recommend him to my family and friends. He was so easy to talk to and understood my issues and helped me out so much.

I had uneasy feeling before the appt. Because the name implies my heart /valves were failing and I was in trouble that may indicate some kind of surgery. I was cautiously relieved by the end of my appt.

I was very satisfied with my initial meeting with Dr. Martindale when he accepted me as a transfer patient from Dr. Susan Sallach, when she moved to West Branch. However, I was NOT happy with how my blood pressure was taken, and I have no idea if the woman taking it was an aide, RN, or what training she had to do it CORRECTLY! After numerous questions and reviewing my meds that kept me talking for 10+ minutes, the only chair for me as a patient also getting an EKG, was a large chair that leaned back, and because I'm 5' tall, my feet were at least a foot off the floor, so I asked if I could at least move forward in the chair so my feet could be flat on the ground. She allowed me to, but then grabbed my arm, and hoisted it up in the air to get my arm level with her torso. I told her that was unacceptable, and asked to at least put my feet on the floor, since there wasn't a flat surface to lay my arm flat across it to do it correctly, very disappointing to get a high reading.
