What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I have recommended Dr. Martindale to several people plus everyone in my cardiac rehab group. I have found that Dr. Martindale and his staff really care about their patients. They listen and understand and help with my concerns.

Tiffany is not only very professional but also has a great sense of humor. She made me feel very comfortable as it was my first visit to the heart “failure” clinic. Can’t stress enough that this is absolutely the worst name for a clinic that I’ve seen. There’s no doubt about how apprehensive I was going into this visit, but she did a wonderful job of putting my mind at ease. She’s a 10 all day long!

As it was my first appointment with Tiffany I was very satisfied with not only her professionalism but also that she was very easy to talk with. I had a few after visit questions and she responded very quickly.

I waited almost an hour once I was in the office for her to come in. It was my first time seeing her and I probably wouldn’t see her again because of that wait.

My first appointment with Dr Balogun was just 2 days ago. She seemed very through and listened to my concerns. I have to have a CAT scan next week, then she will be able to make her recommendation for moving forward. I just wish my follow-up after the CAT scan was earlier than 6 weeks after.

Dr. Martindale is extremely friendly. Very kind and genuine. The process of patient intake and discharge is fantastic. Patient flow is very coordinated and additional information is appreciated. Very impressed by the changes today compared to 3–5 years ago.

Tiffany is knowledgeable and empathic. She shows genuine concern for her patient's health, both physical and emotional. She also coordinates with the cardiologist and the primary care physician, resulting in seamless, exemplary care.

Dr. Schwole was extremely polite and interested in what I had to say. He explained my test results clearly and simply, showing me photos of the area of my heart I was concerned about. I would strongly recommend him to anyone in search of a great cardiologist.

Dr. Martindale is a very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. He examined my TTE results prior to my appointment, therefore, he was able to thoroughly explain the results and may adjustments as necessary. I was extremely happy with the appointment.

I have been extremely pleased with this provider. She is very holistic, keeps track of other medical needs, listens very respectfully. I am very grateful for her services. Her nurses are also respectful and return phone calls in a timely fashion.

I would recommend him. He was able arrange for an immediate echocardiogram that he needed, to up date my condition for his evaluation of my heart function as I was leaving the area in a few days.

Dr. Showole has been the cardiologist on my health care team since 2024. I have been exceptionally pleased with the service he has provided. He is a great listener who is easy to work with and he always inspires confidence. I would highly recommend Dr. Showole, without any reservations.
