The staff and facility are professional and efficient. Dr Felten is kind and seems to be knowledgeable. He took the time to talk with and understand me on a human level. He respected my thoughts as we worked on a health plan together. That plan is helping me so far.

Dr William Felton, is very polite and very knowledgeable I woul definitely recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Felten is an excellent provider. He reviewed my medical records prior to the appointment and was thoroughly prepared. He is professional and expert in the subject matter of his field and assesses, diagnoses and provides treatment both efficiently and effectively. He is a very caring person that carries over into his practice. Dr. Felten comes very highly recommended. Staff is very excellent as well!

Dr. Felton is courteous and efficient with his appointments. Staff is friendly as well although the front desk lady seems a little lost both times I’ve had appointments st his Caro office. I would gladly recommend Dr. Shelton to my friends and family.
