Dr. Kassas, his nurse and staff were very kind and helpful. Dr. Kassas explained the answers to some of my questions and referred me directly to an electrophysiologist in their practice. I am trusting the process. While I know, I have a pacemaker, I felt that there was more involved with my heart and the effusion than just the pacemaker, but this is why I say that I have to trust that perhaps the EP may have some feedback on the reason for my pericardial Effusion

Dr. Felton seems very knowledgeable, understanding, explains things well, cares about his patients, & is very willing to answer questions. He seems to be able to get the ball rolling on getting what is ever necessary for finding out answers as to what is hurting a person healthwise & the procedures needed for your recovery so you dont have to wait for answers & he explains things so you dont get confused.He seems very open & honest & i trust his health suggestions.

I would tell them that Dr. Collins and his staff are excellent! Best working office I've been to in awhile. Have total trust in him and his staff. Will greatly miss Dr. Collins and his expertise and calming manner after his retirement. Very sad to see him retire.
