This was my first visit to Dr. Felton. I felt he listened and seemed genuinely concerned about my health. The staff was very friendly and there was no waiting!

Very good experience except for the amount of time you have to wait for the doctor after seeing the nurse first. Sometimes up to an hour just sitting there waiting and the office doesn't seem all that busy.

Dr. Felton is courteous and efficient with his appointments. Staff is friendly as well although the front desk lady seems a little lost both times I’ve had appointments st his Caro office. I would gladly recommend Dr. Shelton to my friends and family.

He and his staff are professional and timely. Doctor was through and we discussed the need for a stress test, which was scheduled immediately after the appointment to fit my schedule. We also discussed the frequency of use of my pacemaker. Dr. Felten is very pleasant to have a discussion with about issues and needed tests. I appreciate him very much.

They are very responsive and try to help improve our health by recommending meds along with tests. It is probably just me but I wish the whole industry knew how to better detect and treat the root cause of heart disease. Maybe someday ….
