Dr. Mattachak is an excellent cardiologist. In addition he has a warm and friendly personality and it is evident that he cares deeply about his patients. His explanations are clear and he always answers a patient's questions in a an easily understandable way. In addition the staff in this office is also very competent and diligent. They follow up in returning phone calls in a promptly even though this is a busy office. They do their best to set up appointments as soon and possible and always ask if the patient is open to an earlier appointment if a cancellation is available.

For Dr Felton very good but his support group at Midland do not follow through what they say they are going to do and do not like Dr Felton know. Feltin very through explaining circumstances. Would recommend him to others.

My Michigan is one of the best hospitals I have ever seen. The medical staff care about the patients and are always polite and informative.

I would say that there has to be a better detector in office set up than what I’ve experienced. I called the office because I was concerned about allergies to my medication‘s. Never received a call back. My physicians assistant called and left a message. They never called back Dr. does not adjust medication’s. In the case of allergies, I must see an allergist. I just felt like I’ve got a complete runaround. It would be nice if Dr. Matichak could post a document that tells everything that his office does it does not do because it seems like they don’t do much at all
