William Felten, M.D.
When I had my heart attack, I was transferred to Midland Hospital, and Dr. Felten was waiting there when I arrived by ambulance. I was immediately put into surgery and he saved my life. I am forever grateful, and I highly recommend him.

My first experience at Dr. Esam's office exceeded my expectations. The entire team was exceptionally kind, professional, and efficient. I eas particularly impressed by how knowledgeable the staff was. Dr. Esam took the time to thoroughly address all of my concerns, and I left feeling confident and well cared for.

This was my first visit to Dr. Esam's office, and I was very impressed. The staff was kind, professional, and highly efficient. I appreciated how well-informed everyone was. Dr. Esam took the time to address all of my concerns thoroughly and to my complete satisfaction.

Dr Felten was totally unprepared for my appointment. He had not looked at my file before he came in the room. He basically asked me why I was there. Very disappointing as this was not my experience the prior two times I saw him. He seemed very distracted and I felt very rushed to get my questions answered.

Go to My Michigan health in Midland. They shine miles above the rest of the local hospitals. They are prompt and very knowledgeable and respectful of your time. Midland hospital is where i will go for all my future medical needs . A+

Always ask for Doctor "B". He's the best. Makes use of the appt time: Listens to you, asks questions, and explains. He makes you feel that you are worthy of his time.

Our wonderful cardiologist, Dr. "B", as he said we could call him :) is a most outstanding doctor. He is very very caring, makes and takes time to hear what we have to say. He takes all the time we need to talk to him. We tell all our friends that he is the best. Sincerely, [Name]... my husband [Name] and I are always seen together to make things easier for us. This was my first office visit. I met Dr Esan in the hospital. He was running over 1 hour late for my appt. We did hear his surgery procedure that morning did not work as planned. He apologized. I was pleased with everything else. A very caring doctor.
