I would tell them that this office gives very good care! But if you need to get a test done ASAP make it clear that you need the test order sent to your Insurance company and [ ] immediately. I needed a Nuclear stress test done ASAP and I originally got a test scheduled 5 weeks and 2 days after. Called [ ] and they said they would approve the test right away, as soon as they see it. MyMichigan scheduling said they could get me in within the next day or 2 if test was pre-approved. So this part was frustrating but overall care from Medical people here was exceptional!
