Dr [last name] is wonderful! She listens. She cares. She spends so much time with you, as does Doug , the p.a. Each time I have been there, they have spent close to 45 minutes with me.
I’ve never felt rushed or that my time was up. The nursing staff is great too. I am soooo happy that I made the move to age well. I can’t say enough good things about it.

This is the second time in a month I have been asked to complete this survey. Here is the essence of what I wrote the first time.
Everyone at Agewell is very professional, friendly, and helpful. Age Well has arranged appointments with all physicians when I move to the Ponte Vedra area. The appointments were timely and addressed my health issues completely. Dr. Gupta is my primary care physician and she is has provided excellent care and has made several timely referrals to specialists.

The ladies at the front desk are friendly and helpful when we arrived. Also, both the office staff and later a nurse came out to inform us the doctor was running behind. We were asked, if we wanted to continue to wait, or did we want to reschedule? This was thoughtful and we appreciated them informing us.
