Mainly, I believe I have found a practice that knows what is happening with my health. Dr Gupta goes over all tests and labs, including those ordered by my gyn and gastroenterologist. I'm happy I started while my health needs are few. I'll have a steady track record for future concerns. I've enjoyed each employee encountered and location and parking are easy.

It is early going as we are transferring to this location because our previous primary moved out of town to a new city.
The folks at AgeWell are friendly and conscientious about our time and medical costs. A principal reason for choosing AgeWell is their focus on geriatrics, proximity of location, and a network of other specialist providers thus reducing travel and repetition.
I am optimistic things will continue to stabalize and improve.

The entire Nocatee Baptist AgeWell office worked as a team to get things done for me when I needed them the most. Recently , I needed prescription medicines & Durable Medical Equipment after 3 weeks of inpatient care. PA Doug, Administrator Toi & Brenda spent many hours dealing with 3rd party suppliers working on getting me exactly what I needed. There was a lot of restrictions & red tape but they didn’t stop until they got me everything that I needed. In addition to delivering the dynamics of patient care, they are truly kind & compassionate people. They treat you like an individual & not just an insurance patient. I know that I can count on them to take the best care of me. Dr [last name] is also a wonderful engaging clinician who is thorough & comprehensive in her care. Can’t say enough great things about them.

My new primary Doctor really took her time she had gone over everything with me. I really felt heard. She addressed the many health problems i have. Gave me referrals. Im so happy that I have changed primary doctors.

Baptist Age Well office in Nocatee is an excellent facility. The staff are always helpful and Dr [full name] always llistens and takes her time to answer all my questions and always orders the appropriate tests and meds. Doug is one of the PAs and he is knowledgeable and again listens and reponds to any questions or problems. One of the best medical experiences I've had.

Great place . From the front desk to in the back. The nurses are so friendly. Dr. Gupta is amazing. Also we didn't freeze in there. So nice to cater to us older folks. Appointments are quick. In and out. We just love this place. Great area for lunch also.
